- Cost: $17/month
- Services: Bi-annual visit (from start date of membership) for AC & Furnace checkup

Summary of Warranties
- 10-year parts warranty covers all major components, including the compressor, blower motor, and other essential parts. If any of these parts fail due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace them at no extra cost.
- 1-year labor warranty for all HVAC installations in San Diego. If any issues arise during the first year of service, our experienced technicians will quickly diagnose and repair the problem at no additional labor cost.
- 20-year warranty on heat exchangers. Should your heat exchanger fail due to a defect in material or workmanship, we’ll replace it at no cost.
- 5-year warranty on evaporator coils protects against defects that could impact your air conditioning system’s efficiency. If anything goes wrong during the warranty period, we’ll cover the costs of replacement
- 20-year warranty on duct installations, so if you experience any issues like leaks or airflow problems, we’ll repair or replace the ducts without additional cost.
