My air conditioning went out in the middle of the heatwave. The owner, Cuahutli, came out late the next day to make sure we could cool down as soon as possible. He took pictures to explain what was wrong and gave me options for fixing the unit at a reasonable price, versus replacing the older unit. He also brought booties to ensure my home was left spotless.

I called Elite Heating and Air and had a great experience from start to finish. I initially called for a heating safety inspection, and the technician thoroughly checked the system. He took plenty of pictures, explaining what he did and outlining the process, along with recommendations to make my system safer and more efficient. I also asked if he could check my air conditioner, and he had no problem doing so. He cleaned my blower and did an amazing job, even cleaning the outdoor unit.
